Method

Sauce (28 mins)

  1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan, over medium heat.
  2. Fry onion and salt for 7 mins.
  3. Add garlic, chilli, and rosemary; cook for 1 min.
  4. Add tomatoes and sugar; simmer for 20 mins.

Meat (10 - 12 mins)

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, over medium heat.
  2. Add sausages, mincing them up; cook for 5 to 7 mins (until golden).
  3. Add to sauce; simmer for 5 mins.

Pasta (10 - 12 mins)

  1. Cook pasta per packet's instructions, drain, toss with sauce.
